Making changes..

Creating changes in your life is hard work.  None of us are comfortable with change.  Stepping outside of our comfort zone means moving into unknown and uncertainty.  No one likes that but if something new is what we desire then doing things the same old way isn’t going to achieve it!

Getting through the uncomfortable phase of a change  can mean working through physical or emotional stress and strain.  Hunger, sore muscles or other withdrawal symptoms are all normal and natural when making changes.  These symptoms have effects on our mood, our physiology.  Changes to our brain neurotransmitters cause our bodies to call out for a return to homeostasis or our normal regular behaviour. Change is uncomfortable! Fighting our internal physiology is not easy.  Very few people are willing to do the work.  Success requires a high level of energy.  Our thoughts have massive influence over our energy!  You’ll never make it without the right mindset.

It’s our choice to focus our attention on the problems or on the potential in any situation.  That decision will affect your energy.  It will make all the difference in your outcome.  Successful decision making is a skill.  It is a habit that can be learned and practiced.  If you are struggling with developing a  healthy fitness lifestyle don’t get down on yourself.  Less than 10% of the population are self motivated enough to have success in this aspect of their lives.

If you’ve tried before and failed then why not try again a different way?  This time hire a coach. If you want to be successful surround yourself with success! Get yourself around a social network and an organized system for health and wellness.  Everyone gets off track.  We all need a way to stay on track on a weekly basis.

We have two great ways to get started with us.  Both include a free consult and assessment.  Contact me to arrange a meeting.  I can get to know your goals and situation and you can try us out to see if it’s a fit!

First things First..

Morning meditation..

Set your intention for a successful day.

What you put out into the world you will recieve back.

Thoughts are things..

Beging your day with a clear thought or a positive feeling.

focus on your breath.

I congratulate myself for all the good in my life because I know that I created it.

I direct the course of my life.

I am focused on what i want to create to move closer to my goals.

I concentrate all my efforts on what I most want to achieve right now.

Being fit and vital is one of the top priorities in my life.

Being fit and vital is one of the top priorities in my life.

Exercise does as much for my mental state as it does for my body.

Doing a little warm up on the grid to get my body loose and ready..

(listening to a sucess cd or motivational book)

Out for a light jog and tiachi practice..

Write a post when i get back! :)

Creating my day..

Morning meditation..

quiet your mind to your breath.

To your heartbeat.

You can visualize a specific target you want to create or just focus on a feeling you want to have today.

We always have choice.

Affirmations..

Affirmations must be in the present tense. You become what you want to be by affirming that you are already there.

Everything I do is for the higher good of all concerned.

I accept total responsibility for my actions.

I align myself with the highest good for all.

I always endeavor to do the right thing.

I fill my mind with positive thoughts and high ideals.

I love people and use things – not the other way around.

I show others respect at all times.

My integrity attracts success

Today I choose happiness!

up early meditating..

focusing on breath, feeling my heartbeat, watching my thoughts.

observing the chaos in my mind.

slowly letting go of the thoughts.

then..  only the heartbeat!

Preparing myself for a successful day! :)

I know that happiness comes from within..

I know that happiness is a choice we can make at any time..

The more happy thoughts i generate the more fantastic i feel..

Today i am starting a happiness epedemic! :)

Remember happiness doesn’t depend upon who you are or what you have; it depends solely on what you think. -Dale Carnegie

Take 20!

Up early.. meditation

All of my 2012 goals will be supported with affirmations, positive thoughts and action plans.

This year I commit to transformation!  It will be my best year ever!!

Remember happiness doesn’t depend upon who you are or what you have; it depends solely on what you think. -Dale Carnegie

This year is under our control..

Think getting in shape is tough?

Do you have a measly twenty minutes to spare each day?

If you do, then getting in shape will prove to be simple as pie.

Take twenty minutes to do an activity

that elevates your heart rate – try walking, jogging, biking, or swimming.

What’s that?

 You can’t find 20 minutes a day?

Then I challenge your committment to this goal.

I don’t think you really want it?

I appreciate you do want to lose some weight but obviously it’s not that important to you…

If you want to make a change in 2012 then you’re going to need  a level of committment that’s higher!

Step one in making a change is taking responsibility for where you are right now.

Next you need a burning desire to elevate yourself to a new level.

That desire for change needs to be greater in intensity then your attachment to your current situation.

If you know that this year you want to accomplish this goal but up to this point you have not been able to make the sacrifices necessary to do it then you need to get into a social network where you can be around other people who have accomplished the things you want.

Watch them closely. learn from them.  Imitate the things that the people who have had success have done!

Surrounding yourself with success and imitating successful principles is apart of learning this skills you don’t have!

I commit to learning, practicing and sharing with you this year!
